Thanks guys!   It’s amazing how a little planning and a SV made this a stress free and very enjoyable cook.

That's one of the nice things about tech like a SV or an instant pot - they can be a "set and forget" kind of appliance that makes the workload much less. I am learning that SV really enhances some dishes - @The Cen-Tex Smoker and his fish come to mind. Other items it just makes life easier. I prefer to reverse sear steaks, but sometimes when I know timing might be an issue SV makes life easier.
Beans in the instant pot are amazing - not necessarily better than the ones I cook all day - but done in less than 2 hours with no fuss. cooking tamales in the instant pot is cool - you can forget about them.
If I haven't said it already it's worth saying again - great cook.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
