Salmon and Some Other Stuff

Got our weekly salmon on. Such and easy weeknight dinner. Ended up doing some kind of cast iron tomato casserole and some baked broccoli.Battledaughter helping out tonight.
All finished up.

Tomatoes, basil, S&P, DP Mediterraneanish, some croutons and parmesan cheese. Threw it in with the salmon whe it was about halfway done.

Thank you, it's hard to get her to eat, thought having her help cook would help...nope.

I have 7 people in my house, so we usually end up doing the whole fillet vs. portioning it out. I do end up buying one every couple of months to portion and vac seal individual portions for when the lady wants something lite when I make a steak or pork chop.
