Large Rack for Chicken Wngs and Jalapeno Poppers
We have been using the 24-hole rectangular wing rack on our large BGE but sometimes you just want more than 24 wings at a time. I could not find a larger wing rack anywhere on line, so I threw together a mockup for a 17' round 48 wing rack, sent it to a local sheet metal shop and asked if they could fabricate something that would not break the bank. The owner of Florida Sheet Metal just happens to be a BGE owner as well, and fabricated my design in 16 gauge stainless steel for $55. I added four 1/4' bolts as legs. Photo below.

I get the poppers if you like to keep them whole but how do the holes play into cooking chicken wings?
But I like anything Stainless in the BGE!Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
I was also looking for a rack, for my xl. I did pork belly burnt ends the other day and it would be nice to place them all and set the rack in. VS trying to stand each one up, then when they shrink a bit fall over.
I was looking for a cross wire, round and the biggest I could find was 13''XL aka Senior, Mini Max aka Junior, Weber Q's, Blackstone 22, Lion built in, RecTec Mini 300, Lodge Hibachi, Uuni, wife says I have too many grills,,,,how many shoes do you have?
