HEB Wagyu Burgers

My H-E-B has started carrying 1/2 lb Wagyu beef burgers. Typically I pickup their prime brisket blend burgers, but thought I’d give the Wagyu a try. My family absolutely thought these were the juiciest, most flavorful melt in your mouth burgers they’d ever had. I did raised direct at 375 for about 8 mins/side until they reached 158ish IT. Seasoned ahead of time with DP Raising the Steaks. These were a bit pricier than my usual burger blend, but well worth it. Sorry no pics, but I wasn’t expecting to post about these!

    I buy their wagyu ground beef and it's fantastic. The wagyu briskets and steaks are top-notch as well.

    Just rub it in with the ready access to HEB.  Better to be lucky than good any day.  Great scores. 
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
