Deep fry it. I have cooked it every way imaginable and it is far and away better deep fried. Simply cut it into nuggets, season it how you like, coat it and fry it 👍
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

+4 on fried! Other than that I love a good gator sauce piquante with some rice. I don’t have a recipe but you could look that up.LBGE

Here is a starting place https://www.cajungrocer.com/fresh-foods/fresh-seafood/alligator-meat/l/manufacturer:alligator.html?msclkid=a76a8da72bff1cdd1a1fd018474027c1&utm_campaign=2019+Alligator&utm_content=Alligator+Recipes&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=bing&utm_term=alligator+recipes
or you might look up a conch fritter or hush puppy recipe and instead of conch use gator meat, place in food processor and chop meat into little pieces. great when meat is small pieces, not mushy. -
I would have thought a croc- pot was in order...Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
