Finally had a chance to try it.  Very nice flavors.  I can see using this marinade for any kind of chicken cook.  

After the Sous Vide with the left over marinade for a baste...




Raised direct at 400 for about 10 minutes.  Wasn't sure how long to go...

  • Nice!  I've made these more than a few times, and they always turn out great.

    In terms of time on the grill afterwards, I just cook them until they look right.  They're already cooked on the inside, so you're just looking to add some char.

    I didn't have any fresh ingredients, so used some dried peppers soaked in boiling water.. everything else was from a spice jar.  It had some heat though...
