Doubled the recipe for 5 BL SL thighs and 3 BL SL breasts. Marinated for 12 hours. Indirect at 400*. Still tasty. Third time making this in a month. We like it that much. 

I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

    Looking good so far. For the ginger and garlic, I grated mine with a microplane grater so super mince it. And I think marinating as long as you can helps as well. 
    I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
