My brothers! I’ve been holding onto this one for a while but it needed to be shared! I give you jalapeño popper dip!
Dress it up, dress it down it’s up to you. The OG recipe doesn’t call for sausage but who doesn’t love meat!

Super easy to make!
Jalapeño popper dip
2-8oz pkgs of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Mexican cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1-4oz can chopped green chilies not drained
4oz of your favorite sliced jalapeños
Mix all ingredients together in bowl then put in greased 13x9 dish.
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
mix bread crumbs and Parmesan together then sprinkle over top of dish.
375 indirect on the egg or in the oven for 20 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK or the dish will separate.
I like to add cooked ground sausage and some fresh jalapeños to jazz it up.LBGE

Just did a batch of this. I diced then sauteed just under a lb of bacon in a pan then added that along w about half of the bacon grease to this dish. I also used a 4 oz can of mild hatch green chiles and diced up 4 pretty small fresh jalapenos and tried to remove most of the seeds.I'll get some pics when I have it.Great recipe! Thank you for sharing.=======================================
