Short Ribs

In honor of if being below 90 degrees today decided to do some short ribs.  I will post the final product once completed.  Rubbed them down last night with a mixture of beef base, olive oil, garlic powder and pepper.

Was just going to say the same thing as @YukonRon - unfortunately just filets from the freezer for me today. I’ll make the best of it though

Great stuff there. Last time I made short ribs I was a bit heavy-handed with the salt, but those look exceptional...I’ll have to try them again soon
