Pretty simple.  Make a roux with butter and flour, then add equal parts lemon juice, chicken stock, and white wine.  Throw in the capers and their juice to your taste (I like a lot of capers) and stir till it thickens.

That looks like a snapper dish I love to order here, except they add mushrooms and crawfish meat to the sauce.

Thanks.  Didn't really cook to temp, just till it was firm and starting to flake.
