It’s finally Fall! Rolling smoke

Here in Virginia the hot summer hasn’t wanted to let go and yesterday it finally did. I spent the day with the windows open, music playing and had all 3 smokers going. I smoked a big hunk of bologna to start, then followed up with Huli-Huli chicken and some smoked Mac and cheese. Aside from fishing or hunting, I can’t think of a much better way to spend the day I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.
