Recipe for Honey Garlic Chicken

Happy Sunday!
I am smoking a whole chicken today and wanted to see if anyone had a good recipe for a Honey Garlic Chicken?

Any help is appreciated

Welcome. Spatchcock the chicken and cook direct or indirect.

We’ve used a mix of honey, soy sauce, garlic and ancho chili powder to glaze chickens in the past.  One thing I will caution you with is honey burns so keep temps lower (325ish).  

1/4c honey and soy sauce 
1clove garlic
1T ancho

You should be able to adapt and only use the sauce on this recipe.  Like ryant said keep an eye on the temp so not to burn the honey
