OT- Korean BBQ/Yakiniku

I marked this OT, I didn't use the egg to cook, I did use it for hot coals.

Made a version of Korean BBQ, sliced up some short ribs into diamond cut galbi.  Also did some thin pork loin, all marinated for a few hours. I have a table top Yakiniku grill, it can't start coals you need to add already lit coals.  




Paired with picked carrots and red onions, cilantro, gochujang, on a jicama "tortilla" shell.  I normally do this with friends around the table but it was just me today (I totally have friends, lots, and they are cool)

And of course, butter roasted garlic.. (out of order)



Fun cook- thanks for looking. It's one of the cooks I wanted to post for a while. Most my cooks are repeats I don't bother posting.. good to do something different.
