     Had these once. Believe it or not, they were accompanied by deep fried biscuits from a tube!!! I tell you it was some good eatin'. I have not duplicated the cook yet but this thread brings it back to mind.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Dang, dude.

    I tried a SV, then fried rib back in the spring and it was a total fail.  Looks like I'll have to revisit.  Thanks for sharing.

    That is bizarre, have to say I never considered deep frying ribs.  Sure look good though!
