Hey guys,
Were having a party next week and it's app heavy so I dreamed up this little thing, basically ground lamb and pork with the usual Greek spices:

Normally I wouldn't put this much effort in for a simple lunch, but I wanted to show the wife my final proposed presentation. I would make the "hotdogs" much smaller, these were almost 1/2/ lb...

These were nice and juicy, I'd do it again:
