    It's pretty good. new owners kinda brought it back to life the last year or so. They actually started putting rub on the meat. Seen  afew old people on Facebook gripping about it.lol. The briskets a little overdone for my taste but that's how most people around here like it. also started doing some of their own sausages. Really don't have anything else in town that I would consider good. There is a place that has really good what you call e t links or east Texas links. From Pittsburgh. Theyre kind of a acquired taste.

    Great article right there.  Mouth-watering thru the entire read.  Many thanks for the post.
    Reads quite close to an old Navy saying "All liberty ports are good, some better than others!"  And so it is with Texas Q. 
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
