Racks?

what kind of racks do you guys use for transferring things like jalapeño poppers or moink balls to the egg?  I only have one rack that fits and need to cook multiple appetizers often. Any good ideas?

Maybe pans would be a better description than racks. Something with holes to allow smoke penetration.

Any size cooling rack that will fit on the egg , set the whole rack on...you can also by round pizza pans with holes and do the same thing

I find these to be excellent for cooking vegetables and such. They have round ones too. Really cheap and semi-reusable.
