First smoke and post in a while - Pork Butt

Moved into a new house and finally got the yard in order last weekend so I got the BGE set up and smoked my first turbo butt.

8 pound bone in butt rubbed with a combo of Meat Church Honey Hog and Bone Suckin Rub. Cooked at 350 indirect, with Apple wood for about 45 minutes (6 hours) a pound. Measured 202 throughout when I took it of the egg. Wrapped in foil and a towel to let it cool down. Pulled nicely, good smoke ring, nice flavor and bark. Not sure I’ll go slow and low again!
