salmon and halibut recipes

Nice catch. I’d recommend buying some cedar plank seconds. They are less than a buck a board. 

On Salmon, I use DP Raging River with some granulated orange. A couple of thin orange slices across the top.

This is a favorite change of pace when we’re not feeling planks.  For halibut, it is fantastic en papillote works great, as is broiling and then topping with a quick sauce of tomato, olive, and basil.
