Mustard Ribs

Tried some Mustard Ribs and must say, they were not bad at all. I think I prefer this over standard BBQ ribs.
Got the recipe from a Youtube channel I follow for Sam the Cooking Guy. The recipe is here.
The Mustard sauce was fantastic. What I will change next time is just put the ribs on the Egg and let it do what it does best. I went with starting with foil as instructed for about 1.5 hrs on the Egg. Then added a Peach wood chuck, took them out of the foil and gave them some colour.
Sauced a bit later and below is the end result. Ribs were a bit chewy, but tasty.
Actually got these at Costco! St Louis style to my surprise.

Served with some Ontario yellow and green beans, with garlic butter (Yum!)

Thanks for looking.

I’m ready to try these, they look so good. I bet that mustard sauce would be good on wings or bbq sandwiches.

First, I love Ribs. Second I love mustard. If Reeces decided to use that as a flavor I would eat that until I die.
Great post and thank you.
One thing I have done that you may or may not wish to explore: adding maple syrup to the equation. Surprisingly good."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Not exactly wings but man that mustard sauce was good on these drumsticks. Fired them up on the MM this evening.GrateEggspectations said:
