Vietnamese Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chops

This turned out great, and the wife and kids liked it...I felt redeemed after last nights misfire. Sides of white rice, cucumbers marinated in rice vinegar and salt, and Nuac Chom sauce with carrots.

Not in it, but the recipe called for making a paste in a mortar and pestle- lemon grass, garlic, scallion, and sugar; then with fish sauce, oil and lime juice. Marinated for 30 minutes
