Lemongrass Chicken and Stir Fry Veggies

Marinated chicken thighs in soy,Sambal Oelek,brown sugar,.garlic,ginger, sweet chili sauce and fish sauce     

Hit the mini at 425 


Made some stir fried veggies with some sweet chili garlic sauce 


And plated up 




The chicken taste was unreal.  Way better than expected.

    Continuing on quite a roll.  Simple and flavourful across the spectrum.  Diamond plate, just because you can!  Nailed it!

    Fine looking chicken! But I don't see any lemongrass in the recipe. And where does one find Sambal Oelek? I've never even heard of it.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    Looks like I left several ingredients off.  Memory is what it used to be,especially on Sunday   Sorry. Here is the recipe I went by.  
    Sambal Oelek is a garlic sauce kinda like Sriracha.  I get it at the Asian market

    Thanks. I certainly understand the memory thing. It's nearly 9 PM and I'm trying t remember if I had supper tonight! Not WHAT I had... IF I had!
