Loro opened April 2018.  But more to your question, yes I have eaten at Franklin's and Loro same day.
Loro-first time eating brisket with chop-sticks.  I was on a CT brisket bender several weeks ago and that double-header brisket experience was far from the only day I did that.
Should I get back to Austin, the menu at Loro has many other really great looking options that I will try-but I was on a bender. B)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

It’s “Loro” and several people here have been there.  I’ve gone once and it was excellent.
