New York Strips

I haven’t posted in a while, so I thought I would share our dinner from this evening. I reverse seared some thick cut new york strips. Roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Sautéed some mushrooms also, just forgot to put them on the plate before I took the picture.

@lentsboy007 Yes. I used the mini max to roast both the potatoes and brussel sprouts in a small pan seasoned with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.
