Baked Cod and Asparagus

Started out cooking down some sardines

Then added some marinara that we made on Sunday along with some capers, kalamata olives and the cod filets

Let it get all bubbly and happy then moved to the egg to finish while the asparagus was roasting

And plated up

Taste was incredible. Thanks for looking.
