    The worst thing you can do is overthink the cooking process of a pork butt. Relax have a beverage and when the temp hits around 202 it is done.

    It really is hard to to mess up a PB, and it really is hard to beat the flavor, L&S or Turbo.

    All the hard work is the prep. Let the Egg and the PB finish the fight.
