First time Cooking Two butts

I';m cooking two 6 lb butts starting at 4 AM give or take for a 12 noon lunch.  I've done well with one at a time but can anyone help with approx times and dome temps for this cook ??

    Other than the initial recovery for the added mass, the cook time won't vary much.

    Correct.  Maybe 5 extra minutes.  Maybe.

    With that being said, monitor temp, especially once you get out of the stall if you want them at the same time. I have had 2 within 1/10 of a lb take as much as 1.5 hrs longer than the other. Other times they are done at the same time. Each piece of meat is different. Because the egg is hottest in the rear, you may need to rotate them. 

    Where I am going with this is if you have 2 at exactly 8 pounds, if one takes 12 hours, do not think two will take 24. One may be done at 10.5 or the other at 13.5 hours.
