Beef salad sandwich made from leftover tri-tip using:
Cream cheese
Horseradish
Worcestershire
Diced red onion
S&P
It ain't look like much (my wife looked away as I ate it) but it was tasty as hell. Been thinking about why beef salad doesn't exist for a while, happy to make it reality.

Also never throw away shrimp shells, I made 2q of tasty stock using the shells from 2lbs and a bunch of veggie scraps I had sitting in the freezer. I thought I took a picture, can't find it now.
