Maiden voyage / Joetisserie

First off, a big thanks to @stlcharcoal for cutting me an awesome deal on the Joetisserie!

 Grabbed a culotte cut from my butcher, after salting it I let it set out to get to room temperature, put a pan of potatoes underneath to catch the fat, here is it first going on:




After 50 minutes at 350 right before taking it off:



Cutting it up:
