Mini Max on Challenger Table

I’m considering a Challenger Designs 76” table for my Large BGE. I have a Mini Max that I would like to use on the table top as well. Has anyone tried this? Any concerns with damaging the table finish?

@Tspud1 that’s a nice setup. Who makes that table?

When my house is completed this fall I will need somewhere to put my Minimax and my large so I am in the market but I will have to mark these tables off my list. They are nice looking but good lord are they overpriced. I can build a 10ft Island out of Austin Stone for cheaper than one of these tables. My situation doesn't require me to move the egg around. If I did though I'd just use the standard nest with a 304 SS side table and save a few thousand.

Not sure where you're located, but if on the west coast, may want to check out Brian Alan tables. http://www.brianalantables.com/
They made my table custom to my specs (see link to it in my signature).
I'm very pleased with it.
I went to a local granite dealer and from their remnants bought a small slab to put on the right side so that I can put hot items on it and not worry about damaging the tabletop which can't easily be replaced. You can do the same and put the minimax on it (for that matter, you can do that on any table).

I came back to this discussion and see this! I sent a request for information through your website earlier. This setup pictured is pretty much exactly what I’m looking for.
