    I use the industrial stuff from Sam’s. It’s 36”wide and extra heavy.

    Just noticed my local H-E-B  has wagyu steaks now too. Hope they are as good as the briskets! Seems like a fair price as well.

    Gotta admit-when you've got 'em down, step on 'em.  Great find and score although those prices are moving into true wagyu country.  Still, nice to be able to wander down the meat aisle and grab those cuts. 
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
