A Real McRib

I have never had a McDonald's McRib® sandwich and chances are, I never will. Now, if it really was what it purports to be, well, that might be a different story! I just stumbled on a FoodWishes video where Chef John uses his oven and grill to turn a real rack of BB ribs, sauce, slaw and a bun into what HAS to be what the McRib will never be! Even shows how easy it is to remove the bones. Could easily be done using just an Egg, no oven required.
I haven't tried this, but it's definitely on my list now. I mean, just look at it! I don't know what condiments McD's offers (pickles and onions maybe?), but slaw would be fine with me! If anyone does this before I get around to it, please post your results. Enjoy!!
