Always felt NAFTA was a screw job for USA. A lot of my Utility equipment moved their plants to Mexico (ABB), so I quit buying from them. Cost them a lot of my business, but I had good US manufacturers (Siemens) to fall back on. Time to move a lot of the manufacturing back to US soil and let Mexico make tequila and grow avacado’s!

Yes that’s true. They bought Westinghouse, but all the circuit breakers I purchased were built in Jackson, Mississippi. I actually toured the factory, and didn’t see any Mexican workers!nolaegghead said:Siemens is a German company, fyi. -

Cruise around Ohio and look at all the small towns with empty factories, it is almost impossible to imagine these communities were once thriving.
