Packing BGE Large for move..?

I'm getting ready to have movers come and haul the contents of our house to a different one we're moving to, and am wondering what the smartest way is to prep the Large Egg for them..
If anyone here has any lessons-learned here to share, I'd really appreciate it.
I've taken the lid/bands off, and all the guts out. And all I can think of to do is to wrap everything in layers of bubble wrap, and then maybe put each piece in its own heavy duty box..
Any other clever solutions or cautionary tales out there??
Thanks in advance!

I just did this. We were moving it across town to my folks place. I took all the contents out of the inside and strapped it down in the back of a pickup truck using straps and blankets. I didn’t bother taking the lid off. Everything ended up fine. If you have movers tell them to wrap everything up for you. That’s part of the cost of using their services I would imagine.

I took everything out and wrapped mine in blankets in the nest and tied it to the side of moving truck myself to make sure it wasn't going to move.LBGE, 28" Blackstone
