OT: Anova Pro

1,200 watts, claims to heat 100 liters of water - sounds like a serious piece of kit. Might have to buy it (for the business of course) and give it a test. I could see using it to SV a bunch of chicken breasts or steaks at a catering gig - and then throw them on the chargrill for a quick sear. List price of $399 - half the price of the PolyScience unit that is only rated for 30 liters. 

Thoughts?

I've done 120 chicken thighs no issues with the 900 watt model in an ice chest, this would work like a charm im sure. I'm going to get it and give it a go
