    Amazing but not unexpected.  Great teacher and exceptional learner pair right there.  Love the heat factor.  Great eats for sure.  I would endorse @SGH's seals but being awarded that acknowledgement says it all.
    Enjoy Mother's Day as well.

    @lousubcap Norah going to make fresh pasta for her mom...she wants to try making an egg yolk ravioli, but has tradition pasta as a backup

    Question my friend. Sometime back you posted about a knife recommendation for Norah Grace. I was offshore at the time and could only view the forum, but not post. With that said, did she ever get her knife?

    We ended up going down to a local knife maker and getting her a small chefs knife.   It felt good in her hand and they offer lifetime sharpening.  My grandmother had a few of their knives for like 50 or so years.
