I cooked for the first time in forever

So last night with a little help from Norah Grace I actually cooked. She went ahead and loaded the KJ classic up with fresh ROCKWOOD and Smoker Bricx for me. I seasoned up a few pounds of chicken wings with Dizzy Pig Ghost and Peruvian-ish. I cooked them indirect at 350ish until they were GBD!!! It felt good to cook again and even better to enjoy the food!
