Beef On A Stick
What's up everyone, haven't posted in a long time but am planing on sharing more of my cooks. Here's one from the weekend.
Rubbed these with salt, pepper and garlic. Cooked them at 250 for about 5.5 hours. Pulled them off at around 207 internal. Will do short ribs again!
