Does anyone have a Brazilian style spit on their green egg as in this link? I love to cook picanha's Brazilian style. Amy comments reviews tips would be appreciated. Thank you

The Cen-Tex Smoker

All you need is a flat skewer like the one below. This is the 5/8” wide x 17” long Steven Reichlen version. It fits perfectly across a large bge on the fire ring or you can use an adjustable rig with crossbars to change the height of the cook.

As @The Cen-Tex Smoker pointed out, flat skewers do work better. A nice beefy one (pun intended) works even better for chunks of picanha.

I picked up a set of these (4 each) when Central Market had a Brazilian festival some years ago. They are my favorite skewers for stuff besides picanha too.
