Sup. Cooked a little bit of stuff today in the rain. Rocked 2 XLs and a Minimax. Twas a busy day
And then this happened. One of the employees at Ace got in a hurry with the egg. We held a moment of silence.

I was going to cook at our local but we are at a wedding drowning in wine and Tito’s this weekend. I feel like I won.

It was a very rewarding experience. Some of the women that are in the program at Stability First were there volunteering. It was amazing hearing some of their stories and how they ended up homeless.
One common denominator in all of their stories was that everyone close to them had given up on them. Nobody, including themselves, thought that they could turn things around.
Food for thought as I know that a lot of us probably have family, friends, kids, parents, that are going through some stuff in life.
