Therma Signals 4-Channel?

I've had a Thermapen for years. Love it. Use it daily. Picked up a ChefAlarm a few years back to monitor long cooks... But the probe wire shorted out at some point. Was looking to get a new probe @ the Therma site... Then was thinking I might like a multi-channel to monitor the grill surface and the meat temp. Saw the Signals 4-Channel. I see both good and bad reviews. Even people saying Therma team censors reviews. Thoughts? Suggestions?

LOL. Yeah. Sort of. The answer was my temp reading (at the dome) was apparently off (confirmed after). Also had recently swapped my cap and added an ash basket. First cook with all the new parts in play. Also will admit I was lazy and not paying enough attention to my cook. I deserved to have that one go sideways. So, as I posted, I figured I might replace my bad probe and start watching what is happening inside the dome closer... Think this sounds like a better plan than me trying to wing it again, lousubcap? 😎
