I work in Flint, Michigan.  Brown water is what used to flow out of faucets around here.  I never tasted it, but it probably tasted more like diarrhea than bourbon.

Not yet.  It will take another year or so to replace the old lines from the street to the house with copper pipe.  Another issue is trust.  The brain trust assured everyone that the brown water was safe when it obviously wasn’t.  

We have a water bottle distribution area down the street from my office.  Every Tuesday morning cars are lined up the street waiting for the donated cases of water.
