How you didn’t win is beyond me. Your Thai sausages were in our low country boil this weekend. They are the shid. Nice spread man.

Thanks @bgebrent , I fair better when just do the food in the competition IE Just concentrate on the ribs and not serving food to the publick( which we give away) If all I have to do is get 6 good ribs to turn in it gives me much more time.........Id rather serve a bunch of grub sometimes, glad you liked the Thai

Thank you for the "back to cooking thread." I'm no judge but do get the nuances in that whole deal. That said, I also know that you have readily sent your sausages across the country to support events you have only learned from right here. That says so much about who you are and what matters to you. You will get 'em next time.

@Ikapigian, looks great! Also, sorry you couldn't make it to Butt Blast but I understand. Thanks for all you did to help us support the Butt Blast this year. The sausages were over the top and were enjoyed by all. And thanks for your very generous gift of Yeti Roadie that we raffled off and helped boost our proceeds to $1945.00 that was donated to Rowan County Ministries.

The cook-off had to be rigged. We all know better.
