Hello All... we are in our new place so we are settling into Tyler and so far we love it here. SWMBO is flying back out tomorrow for another visit before she makes the move in June. I'm looking forward to getting the Egg fired up for the first time in it's new home. I still have the Kamado Classic I scored a few months ago that I haven't assembled so add that to the growing list of STD (S#!& To Do). Friends are coming down next week from Hot Springs Village and we will be attending the Athens Eggfest so looking forward to meeting Darian, Hotch and others. We will be renting a place on Lake Palestine for a few days to enjoy some much needed R&R. Hope life is treating everyone okay.

Surface, surface, surface. Great news right there. Sounds like the plan is really coming together. Don't worry, the STD list is perpetual.

You can now mess around with brisket and not worry about the supply-chain.

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Glad things are working out in Tyler.

I hope to make it to the Athens fest some year - but it won't be this year.

@SSQUAL612 Glad to hear life is good. Your cooking list is awesome. I hope to see you in Athens Eggfest. I will be in the newbie area. I have only been there four times. Three to cook.
