How to Reach BIG Green EGG People

I recently ordered two T-Shirts and one shot glass from the Big Green Egg post in this forum. I was charged for all three but only received one T-Shirt and one shot glass. Anyway to reach these egg people? I have called and left voice mails and emailed two or three times. I have not heard a thing. Please help.

Thank you all for responding. I went with @ColtsFan idea. I hope I hear something. One of the T-Shirts was a gift for my son who will be here in mid April. I guess I will be shirtless.

That is crazy, I cannot think of too many companies well non really that send you to voicemail on their 800 number.

Maybe a technical department ext but honestly there should be someone that can help this person with a basic order mistake.

I do agree with @alaskanassasin - companies ought to answer their phones. I'll take it further - as a practice, companies should answer their phones within 3 rings.

Many years ago I saw an interview with a CEO who said he can tell a lot about a company by the way they answer the phone. Over the years I have seen quite a few instances that gave credence to his comment.

I call around for quotes for various things, whoever answers the phone is a contenda.
