Birthday Ribs

Today was my Dad’s birthday and he requested ribs from the BGE. This is somewhat exciting because he was never a big fan of charcoal grills until recently with my purchase of the BGE. I used Meat Church Honey Hog and did 2-2-1 and they turned out pretty good.
