    I made your jalapeño chicken on the egg and the trouble I had was getting the crispy crust. What is the key to that? I’d love to make a toned down version of this

    Have you tried spraying (or gently basting) with oil about half-way through the cook? that would add some fat and help with a crispy crust

    Having eaten at Hattie B's recently (and level 4/5 almost beat me and destroyed my system for about 36 hours afterwards), I think your version looks at least equally as good, if not better.  I will be trying this soon.
