Marinated Halibut with Grilled Artichoke and Grilled Romaine

bgebrentbgebrent Posts: 19,104
Simple marinade with olive oil, lemon and rosemary.  Artichoke steamed then grilled and brushed with an herb dressing and finished with butter.  Lemon based dressing on the salad.  We were both very happy with this.  And Nichole did most of the work. Goes without saying.

Great looking grub brother. The pics are top notch as well.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Arsenal-Just a small wore out and broken down Weber kettle. No other means to cook at all.
