After years of trying Indian recipes that lacked flavour, I’ve finally found a butter chicken recipe that I’m happy with. By far the most successful I’ve made, and easy to boot!
This one call for the Instant Pot, but you could just as easily cook in a Dutch oven.

If you’re up for it, grill or smoke the chix before adding to the sauce to finish cooking. Sort of par cook the chix. That’s how butter chicken is supposed to be made, and it will really amp up the flavors.
