Grilled Souvlaki with Homemade Pita

This was my second time making this, and it is one of my favorite recipes of all time...just that good. A bit labor intensive but so worth it.
I started with a three pound pork butt that a chopped into hunks and mixed with olive oil, oregano, salt and lemon juice and zest; I vacuumed sealed that and marinaded for four hours. Did the homemade pita and sides.
